If at any time during the puppy's life you find, for one reason or another, the puppy does not fit in your lifestyle, we will
happily accept the puppy back (purchase price non-refunded) and find placement to a new loving family. Under no circumstances
should one of our puppies every end up in a rescue or animal shelter! This is our promise to every puppy whelped at Puppy
Luv Creations, backed by our "You'll Always Have A Home" contract.
DEPOSIT: If you want us to "hold" a puppy for you until it is 8 weeks old we require a deposit of $100. This deposit
will guarantee that the puppy will not be sold, and held for pick up at the agreed upon time and date. The deposit is non-refundable.
Payment of deposit will be accepted as cash, US Postal money order, or Wal-Mart moneygram. Personal Checks will be accepted
but the deposit will not be considered effective until the check has cleared.
RECEIVING YOUR PUPPY: We welcome you to pick up your new baby. If you are not able to come to us we will happily bring
your baby to you. The cost of delivery is currently 75 cents per mile, within the state of Florida & South Georgia. Out of
state, we will personally deliver by plane. You pay our round trip airfare and expenses. All deliver fees will be paid in
advance.
Final payment at the time of pick up will be accepted in cash only. NO EXCEPTIONS
SHIPPING: We have now decided to make shipping available under very strict terms and conditions. With the puppies health
and well being in mind, we will only ship during the warm months. Puppies must be at least 3lbs or 12 weeks of age, by the
shipping date. If shipped at 12 weeks your puppy will have ALL age appropriate vaccinations, including rabies vaccination.
Purchase price plus shipping fee of $300 must be paid in full before the puppy will be shipped. We do not ship our puppies
out of the US.
Spay/Neuter Incentive:

Puppy-Luv-Creations encourages responsible pet owners to spay or neuter their pet. As an incentive, we offer the new
family of the mentioned puppy a $50 rebate when they get this puppy spayed or neutered. To receive your $50 rebate,
your puppy must be spayed/neutered no later than 6 months of age and the following (2) documents presented to the seller no
later than 30 days after the procedure: 1) A copy of the transaction receipt for spay/neuter procedure, on veterinary letter
head. 2) A statement from the vet preforming the spay/neuter procedure stating the identity of the puppy, to include: age,
sex, color and unique markings. Also, on veterinary letter head. Upon receipt of these documents the seller will provide
a money order, in the amount of $50, to the name listed as Buyer on the contract. Failure to comply with these requirements
will cause this spay/neuter incentive rebate offer to become null and void.

Unfortunately, for the health of our Doggie family, and precious puppies, we do not allow tours of our breeding facility.
Our puppies are well socialized and pre-spoiled by ours daughters; ages 18yr, 14yr, 7yr, & 5yr.
We are not a puppy mill or kennel breeder. All of our dogs are part of our family. They play outside and have free roam
of the house. They also have a room all of their own for cold or rainy times. We also have a room for the mommas and babies.
You can look at the photos and videos to see our dogs are happy, healthy, loved, and clean!
